participant as we find our place of service in God's family.

Description of Ministry
Small groups (4 to 12 people) aka Tender Loving Care Groups (TLC's)
meet in homes on a weekly basis for the purpose of Bible study,
accountability, and fellowship. Types of TLC's available are ladies'
Bible study, men's Bible study, and mixed adult Bible study.
TLC Leader Requirements: Prepares and facilitates discussions
of lesson each week.
TLC Apprentice Leader Requirements: "On the job" training for
becoming a TLC leader. Assists leader in calling absentees and
contacting group members with special needs.
Host/Hostess Requirments: Provides a home for the meeting of
TLC groups.
Refreshment Coordinator (optional): If refreshments are desired
by TLC group, this person would coordinate on a weekly basis.
